Edge Architecture has provided tenant planning services to the nationally known company Duke Realty for their tenants for almost ten years.  Edge Architecture was instrumental in helping Duke Realty secure Quality Distribution as a tenant by listening carefully to the tenant regarding their spatial needs and spatial adjacencies, developing size standards for their offices and workstations and producing space plans that gave them more than they expected.  This resulted in a relationship with Quality Distribution that was built on trust; one in which Quality Distribution looked at Edge Architecture for guidance as to what was best for Quality Distribution’s business model.  Edge Architecture worked with Quality Distribution for two years during their planning and relocation studies. 

The office space was designed using Duke Realty’s building standards which allowed Duke to help Quality Distribution stay within their construction budget, thus allowing a lease to be negotiated.  The new office space looks and feels like much more than an ordinary building standard space.  By creatively planning the space and using the building standard colors and finishes in an innovative way, Edge Architecture gave Quality Distribution a beautiful and efficient work setting.
